As a leading name in the insurance industry, Primeco Claims Group organized a conference to celebrate excellence, share knowledge, and promote best practices in claims handling. We invited our network of reliable and valued adjuster partners to join us for a weekend of comprehensive training, networking opportunities, and fun.
The Circle of Excellence Conference was held on Veterans Day weekend, November 11th and 12th, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and brought together a diverse group of insurance professionals and adjusters from around the country. The sessions covered various aspects of claims handling, with the overall objective to provide adjusters with practical tools and knowledge to improve claims handling processes and encourage ongoing education and development.
Keynote speaker Josh Cruce, an Executive General Adjuster, Xactimate Certified Trainer, and executive management consultant, was the highlight of the patriotic weekend. Josh served in the United States Army with 2 tours in Iraq, where he received the Purple Heart medal and Army Commendation medal with valor for his exemplary service. The conference provided an excellent opportunity to celebrate and honor his sacrifice and contributions.
Josh’s military background and his experience as a Purple Heart Medal and Army Commendation Medal recipient provided invaluable insights into the principles of leadership and teamwork. His speech titled “Know Your Mission. Build Your Team” discussed the importance of mission-driven leadership, teamwork, and communication. His class, “X1 Insights – Global Changes,” covered the latest updates on Xactimate and provided in-depth knowledge on using its features. We can’t thank Josh enough for his military service and how much we appreciate him sharing Veterans Day with our group.
We’re certain many new friendships were forged at this event, making The Primeco Claims Group Circle of Excellence Conference a huge success! As we continue to lead the way in providing quality training and investing in our network of adjusters, we look forward to more gatherings in the future.
